Rev. Olu Martins, one of the protesters are the #IStandWithNigeria is currently trending on twitter for his unique re-definition of the term "Democracy". Rev. Olu, when asked by pressmen, the motive for the ongoing #IStandWithNigeria protest, responded by saying "Democracy in Nigeria is Government for the rich, by the rich to make laws for the poor to suffer". He also noted that the only motive behind the protest is to advocate for better living condition  for Nigerians at large

#IstandwithNigeria Protest Holds in London, as Nigerians storm Nigeria High Commission UK, demand to see President Buhari

  
Nigerians in the UK this morning joined the #istandwithNigeria protest. Protesters were seeing brandishing placards in front of the  Nigerian High Commission demanding that President Buhari comes out to address them for only 5 minutes.

    On behalf of Innocent "2Baba" Idibia, we would like to apologize to the fans, colleagues and everyday Nigerians who feel let down by the cancellation of this protest. 2Baba's aim was to lend his voice to make the government aware of the growing discontent due to the wildly escalating cost of living for Nigerians in Nigeria among other issues.

Man Burnt Alive for Stealing a Motorbike [graphic photos]

    
While Nigerians are trying to discourage mob action in the country, a man has been burnt alive for stealing a motorbike along Aba road in Akwa Ibom state.  According to our source, the man stole a motorcycle at Ito Road Junction by Aba road, and residents in the area wasted no time at  pursuing and catching him, but sadly he was quick to pull out a gun on one of the people chasing, this angered the mob who began beating him and finally burnt him to death. see more photos below

Despite last minute cancellation of #IStandWithNigeria protest by +Official2Baba , a  large number of Protesters still turned out to the various venues to protest against the president  Buhari led Federal government.  Celebrities like Charley Boy, Seyilaw, Publishers of Sahara Reporters Omoyele Sowore, are among those leading the protest.
