According to the Former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro there was a stoning of the APC Presidential Candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari on Friday in Lagos.
Senator Obanikoro, reacting to the development in a statement he personally signed called on Lagosians to eschew violence. “The stoning of APC Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari today in Lagos is utterly condemnable. The 2015 presidential polls must be about issues and sportsmanship moderated with every sense of decency and civility”, he said.
Senator Obanikoro called on Lagosians to accord General Muhammadu Buhari the respect he deserves throughout the period of his stay in Lagos State.
