A Ghanian lady popularly known as DC Queen was found dead at Dome Kwabenya, Ga East District, Greater Accra, Ghana. after attending an all night party at Just Torch pub.
When the body of DC Queen was found, her tongue and vagina had been cut off, presumably for ritual purposes. DC Queen was quite popular for her snaps on Snapchat and also her Facebook photos. She was known as a Slay Queen.Her friends confirmed her death on Facebook and posted touching tributes. A number of people who heard the story sounded unsympathetic as they criticised the victim for living the kind of life that exposed her to danger.
Some others used the opportunity to caution women who go after men for money, warning them that they could end up the same way. Cleopatra Barbara Afya Akpablie, a friend of the deceased, said DC Queen was only hustling.
She condemned those who criticised the victim and said that she would never have been on the streets making a living if she came from a good home.
