Adjarhor David Obaro, popularly known as World Wrapper man, who commenced a 506-kilometer race from the national stadium in Surulere, Lagos to Agbarha-Otor village, via Ughelli, in Delta state on the 9th of January, has been spotted in Ofosu the boundary between Ondo and Edo state of the Lagos Express road.

Mr. Obaro is trekking to raise money for his alma mater and contribute to the development of education in Nigeria. According to him, he hopes to to raise at least forty-eight thousand dollars for the renovation of his alma mater- Government College Ughelli.

Unlike the conventional marathon race, Wrapper Man set out in a 38 yard George fabric that weighs 4 kilogram, tied round his waist. Mr Obaro, who hails from Delta state, also wants to break former Nigerian finance minister, late Chief Festus Okotie-Eboh's record of the longest wrapper in the world (20 yards) and began his journey in 2003.
