According to the lady who shared this photos with us, she was about to swallow these tablets when she noticed this piece of metal on it, she say she was very lucky to have looked at it properly, if not she would have swallowed it without taking note, and only God knows what would have happened to her there after. this is really some carelessness from the manufacturing company you know! pls always be very observant when taking medication. see another photo after the cut.
