According to eyewitness, the incident happened this morning at 2nd Rainbow bus stop, Apapa-Oshodi expressway, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. The cab driver was driving against traffic, when the policeman shot him dead on the spot. Eyewitness said they were even shot at while trying to take pictures and videos.
