According to eyewitness, this accident occurred at Otukpa Branch in Benue state, along the Otupka - Enugu expressway.
A tanker which probably failed break hit a New Nyanya Hummer bus from behind and the bus in turn rammed into anoda stationary tanker and also a Mazda car parked nearby.
