Many have died in a fatal accident which occurred yesterday afternoon in Owerri, Imo state.
According to witnesses, a tanker loaded with kerosene fell and caught fire on Umuaka bridge, Orlu road, Owerri, Imo State. The fire also engulfed a bus fully loaded with passengers and it is doubtful there are any survivors.
Photos from the scene of the carnage show thick, black smoke rising into the sky as people gathered at a distance to watch the vehicles burn.
