List of 5 Most Promising African Stars in the Premier League

The English Premier League is regarded by many as the toughest league for players in Europe.

The sheer number of games each English team play in a season is much when compared with their European counterparts. In addition, players don't get a break during the December festivities like Messi, Ronaldo and Lewandowski. The toughness and intensity of the league could be intimidating at times for players- and coaches alike.

There are several African players in the Premier League but these 5 have the most promising futures:

1. Kelechi Iheanacho

Nigeria's youngster Iheanacho came under limelight when he won the Golden Ball award at the 2013 FIFA U-17 World cup. The striker has since then moved to Manchester City and at the moment has one of the best goal scoring records in Europe.

2. Baba Rahman
