President Muhammadu Buhari has promised N1 million gift for each of the Nigeria’s national basketball team, Dtigeress.
The president also promised each official of the team will get N500,000.
The president announced this when he received the female players shortly before the FEC meeting on Wednesday.
The team won the 2017 FIBA Women’s AfroBasket tournament in Mali and also qualify for the 2018 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup slated for Spain
