This is so sad, it seems God is sad angry with the world and is sending Noah's flood back to us. 
Its still unclear where the incident happened, as seen in the video, the bus must have veered off the road and fallen into the dangerous ditch.

    Hmm, how did the bus enter into the flood? Did it just come at them or the driver thought he could escape it?
