The Supreme Court has sacked Abubakar Danladi, Senator representing Taraba North in the Nigerian Senate.
The court ordered the Senator who was is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was asked to refund all salaries and allowances earned in the Senate within 90 days.
The court also declared Alhaji Shuaibu Lau, as the senator to represent Taraba North.
