The Appeal Court sitting in Benin, on Friday validated the election of Mr. Godwin Obaseki as the governor of Edo State. The PDP and its candidate, Ize Iyamu, had challenged Obaseki’s election, alleging manipulation of the governorship election.
But in the judgement of today, the court upheld that Obaseki remains the authentic governor of the state. more details here
