Strategy struck yesterday along BIU Road, Ugbor, Benin City as sporadic
gun fire claimed the life of a young undergraduate.
The deceased, Tobi Igioh., who was the only child of the former General Manager of Edo Broadcasting Service, Pastor Mrs Sidi Lawal -Igioh, was hit by a stray bullet when the hoodlums were trying to escape after they had successfully robbed some shops in the area around 6.30 pm.
Other persons injured in the attack are now receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital, with the police on the trail of the hoodlums.
