I Never Said " Supreme Court is Plotting To Remove Obaseki‎" - OGBEIDE IFALUYI-ISIBOR

A stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Benin,  OGBEIDE IFALUYI-ISIBOR, has denied online reports accredited to him, alleging that the supreme court in collusion with members of his party are plotting to sack Edo state governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki.

 Some online platforms had reported that one James Ifaluyi-Ogbeide, in a chat with newsmen, exposed an alleged plot by the party leadership to sack Governor Godwin Obaseki through the Supreme Court.

Claiming the plot as alleged by Mr. Ogbeide, was hatched at a meeting of PDP leaders held in Port-Harcourt, where a huge sum of money to procure victory at the apex court was also set aside.

Mr. Ogbeide decided to raise the alarm to stop desperate plans by the party leadership to manipulate the electoral victory of Governor Obaseki at the Supreme Court. the report also claimed.

In a disclaimer notice send to getitrightnigerians by the automobile engineer and staunch political analysts, Mr. Ogbeide Ifaluyi -Isibor, denied granting audience to newsmen saying though he has implicit confidence that  his party would recover their lost mandate at the apex court, he however will never resort to cheat media propaganda and urge the public to always cross check  publications to avoid being swayed by those who don't mean well for the state.

Following the publication,  have received numerous calls from my friends and political associates as regards the said publication and I wish to state as follows; 

1. My name is OGBEIDE IFALUYI-ISIBOR and not Ifaluyi -Ogbeide . 

2. I have at no time granted any interview to Nigeria Newsdesk. 

3. I have never made reference(either in writing or speaking ) to the ongoing Edo governorship Election Tribunal APPEAL currently in motion let alone referencing a proposed Supreme Court Judgement.

 4.I am and have remained a Supporter of PDPs Candidate for the Election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.I played a major role for the Party during the campaign and election and I am matter of fact that he won the election as the courts will pronounce in due time. 

5. I completely and without equivocation dissociate myself from the said publication and urge readers to cross check publications properly as there is a clear difference between James Ifaluyi -Ogbeide and Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor. 

The rather watery assertions by James Ifaluyi - Ogbeide are laughable and were not subject to sane reasoning. I am not known to make comments borne from low cognitive performance and mental acuity. The PDP is bent on recovering her Mandate and that is the focus now. I will advise that those who are scared , to remain scared".  he said
