Benue lawmaker Kneeling down to apologise to Governor Ortom
Hon. James Gbande, member representing Kwande East State Constituency was allegedly made to kneel down and apologise to Governor Samuel Ortom after he accused the governor of not doing enough to bring an end to incessant attacks by Fulani herdsmen.
